What the courses will cover
Whether you are interested in casting your head, torso or an entire figure, these workshops will introduce you to the materials commonly used to produce life casts & the techniques employed. Sessions can be attended separately or be combined to create a full day programme.
You will learn
- how to use plaster modroc bandage correctly
- how developments in skin safe rubbers have enabled casts to become highly detailed
- the skills necessary to allow you to create successful casts from sections of the face, body or the full figure
- how to ensure safe practices when working with a model
